These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by EXPERT HUB CLIENT PROFITABILITY SUPPORT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company incorporated under Polish law, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001055511, NIP: 7011162359, REGON: 526243698, with registered office at Hoża 29, 00-521 Warszawa, Poland. The Company provides the following categories of professional financial and educational services: [cite: 116]
2.1 Fractional CFO Services (B2B Only) [cite: 117]
Fractional CFO services are provided exclusively to business clients (B2B). [cite: 118] These include:
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO) services on an hourly basis, starting from a minimum of 10 hours per month at a base rate of €85/hour. [cite: 119]
- Financial Controller services, with a minimum engagement of 30 hours at a base rate of €30–40/hour. [cite: 120]
- Financial Analyst services, with a minimum engagement of 30 hours at a base rate of €35/hour. [cite: 121]
It is not permissible to engage a Financial Controller or Financial Analyst without also engaging a minimum allocation of CFO hours. [cite: 122] Service combinations must include a minimum number of hours per role as specified in the Purchase Order agreed with the Client. [cite: 123]
2.2 Additional Business Financial Services (B2B) [cite: 124]
The Company also offers the following services on either a recurring or one-time basis: [cite: 125]
- Assistance in preparation for and participation in investment rounds. [cite: 126]
- Transfer pricing documentation and compliance. [cite: 127]
- Financial accounting structure and optimization. [cite: 128]
- Regulatory compliance advisory. [cite: 129]
- Corporate bank account opening support. [cite: 130]
2.3 AI Marathon (B2C) [cite: 131]
A structured three-day educational programme designed for individual finance professionals. [cite: 132] The marathon consists of three live group sessions of two hours each, conducted over three consecutive days. [cite: 133] This service is offered to individual consumers (B2C) as well as business clients. [cite: 134]
2.4 Fractional CFO Club — Subscription (B2C) [cite: 135]
A monthly subscription service providing educational content, group Zoom calls, a private group chat, practical templates, and actionable insights on building and operating a Fractional CFO business. [cite: 136] The subscription is available to individual consumers (B2C). Key terms: [cite: 137]
- Subscription price: €75 per month (or currency equivalent). [cite: 138]
- Trial period: 20 days from date of first payment. [cite: 139]
- Billing: monthly, charged in advance for the upcoming month. [cite: 140]
- Single standard pricing tier — no tiered plans. [cite: 141]
- Refund policy: one (1) month's subscription fee may be refunded in accordance with Section 7. [cite: 142]
3. Ordering and Contractual Relationship [cite: 143]
For Fractional CFO Services (B2B): a formal Purchase Order and/or service agreement is concluded between the Company and the Client. [cite: 144] Final pricing, scope, and hours are specified therein. Payment is triggered upon issuance of an invoice for the agreed services. [cite: 145]
For the AI Marathon and Subscription Club (B2C): the contractual relationship is formed upon successful payment. [cite: 146] Access to course materials or the subscription portal (Google Classroom or equivalent) is granted immediately following confirmed payment. [cite: 147]

4. Payment Terms [cite: 150]
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods [cite: 151]
The Company accepts the following forms of payment: [cite: 152]
- Online card payment via Stripe (stripe.com), subject to Stripe's own terms of service. [cite: 153]
- Manual invoice (faktura) issued via iFaktura, payable by bank transfer to the details stated on the invoice. [cite: 154]
4.2 Billing and Invoicing [cite: 155]
For B2B services: invoices are issued at the end of each billing period or as agreed in the Purchase Order. [cite: 156] Payment terms are specified on each invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services. [cite: 157]
For B2C subscriptions: charges are made monthly, in advance, on or around the same day each month. [cite: 158] By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges. [cite: 159]
4.3 Currency [cite: 160]
All prices are stated in EUR or the equivalent in the agreed local currency. [cite: 161] The Company is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or any bank charges incurred by the Client. [cite: 162]
4.4 Taxes [cite: 163]
Prices stated are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. [cite: 164] The applicable tax will be added to invoices in accordance with Polish and EU tax law. [cite: 165]
5. Intellectual Property [cite: 166]
All content, materials, training resources, templates, methodologies, courses, recordings, written guidance, and other materials made available through the Company's services are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. [cite: 167]
Upon purchasing a service, the Client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the materials solely for their own internal business or personal educational purposes. [cite: 168] Clients may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or publicly display any materials without the prior written consent of the Company. [cite: 169]
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Clients to the Company may be freely used by the Company without compensation or attribution. [cite: 170]
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability [cite: 171]
The Company's services are provided "as is" and "as available". [cite: 172] The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to: [cite: 173]
- Any guarantee of specific financial results, business outcomes, or revenue targets. [cite: 174]
- Fitness for a particular purpose or suitability for the Client's specific circumstances. [cite: 175]
- Uninterrupted or error-free service delivery. [cite: 176]
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any Client for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by that Client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. [cite: 177] The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services. [cite: 178]
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy [cite: 179]
7.1 Fractional CFO Services (B2B) [cite: 180]
Cancellation terms for B2B engagements are governed by the individual service agreement or Purchase Order. [cite: 181] Generally, hours worked or services rendered are non-refundable. [cite: 182]
7.2 AI Marathon [cite: 183]
Given the time-limited nature of the marathon, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled commencement date. [cite: 184] No refund will be issued after the marathon has begun. [cite: 185]
7.3 Fractional CFO Club Subscription [cite: 186]
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made. [cite: 187] A refund of one (1) month's subscription fee may be issued upon written request, provided the request is submitted within 20 days of the initial payment. 8. Data Protection and Privacy [cite: 190]

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction [cite: 195]
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. [cite: 196] Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland. [cite: 197]
Consumers residing in the European Union retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of domicile, and retain all statutory rights afforded to them under applicable consumer protection legislation, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. [cite: 198]

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. [cite: 200] Changes will be published on the website and, where required by law, notified to registered subscribers by email.
